Q: What is Celebrity Squares?
A: Celebrity Squares is a celebrity trivia game that asks you about celebrity news highlights from the past week and gives you opportunities to earn Loyalty Points redeemable for awesome prizes. You can play Celebrity Squares on your mobile phone or on the web.
Q: How can I sign up?
A: You can sign up to play Celebrity Squares either online or using your mobile phone. Visit the Sign Up page to learn about becoming a mobile member. If you just want a no-cost web-only membership, visit this Sign Up page.
Q: How can I cancel the service?
A: You can cancel your Celebrity Squares membership any time by texting STOP to 258258. If you’re online, visit your Profile page, click ‘Edit Complete Profile’ and then click ‘Cancel My Account’.
Q: How can I talk to someone for more help?

Q: I forgot my password, can you help?
A: Sure! Just click ‘Re-send my Password’ on the Log In page and enter either the User ID you created as a basic member or your mobile-phone number if you are a Premium member.
Q: How do I get one of those cool pictures to show up on my profile and my votes?
A: When you become a Celebrity Squares member, you are automatically assigned a profile icon and username. To upload your own image and pick a username to display on your Profile, log in at celebritysquares.com, then click on ‘Change your username’ or ‘Change your picture’ – whichever one you’d like to customize. Images must be in JPG format, under 500k in size and are automatically resized to 70 x 70 pixels. For best image quality, make sure your image is 70 x 70 pixels before uploading. Your photo must not contain any content that might be deemed inappropriate.
Q: I tried uploading my photo but it won’t display. Why?
A: Be sure that your photo is saved in JPG or JPEG format. If you are under the age of 18, your photo cannot be displayed on celebritysquares.com.
Q: How do I play?
A: Each Monday we start a new round of the Celebrity Squares trivia game, focused on celeb headlines from the previous week. We’ll text you the first question automatically each Monday. There are 15 questions per round; answer the questions to earn points in our loyalty program, redeemable for great prizes, plus be entered into that week’s prize drawing! Basic members are eligible to earn points and enter sweepstakes at no cost by playing online at celebritysquares.com. You get 10 points for each question you answer, another 50 points if your answer is right, and a 900 point bonus if you get all 15 questions right!
Q: What things can I do from my cell phone?
A: Premium members play Celebrity Squares trivia and get the latest celebrity news headlines right from their mobile phones! They can also request help with game play and account management.
Q: How do I answer the trivia questions?
A: Each celeb trivia question is multiple choice. Text back the 3-letter code for the answer you think is right. For example:
CelebSquares: Who is the King of Pop?
ABA: Elvis Presley
ABB: Johnny Cash
ABC: Michael Jackson
In the above example, the savvy Celebrity Squares member texts the correct answer code, ABC. The next question will then arrive automatically in your text-message inbox.
Q: I'm bored and I want to get more trivia. Can I get more?
A: Text GET to 258258 to see if you have any questions left from the current round. You can also text NEWS to get the latest celebrity news headlines.
Q: I got a trivia question I wanted to answer but I deleted it. Can I get it back?
A: Yes you can! Just text GET to 258258, and we’ll re-deliver the last question sent to your mobile phone.
Q: I want to change the answer I just texted.
A: We’re sorry, but once we receive your trivia answer, we cannot accept changes.
Q: Can I see what questions I’ve answered?
A: Log in to your Profile at celebritysquares.com, where you can review the trivia questions you’ve already played – as well as any you might’ve missed!
Q: How can I see my points?
A: Log in at celebritysquares.com to view your latest Loyalty Point balance. To view your ranking among other Celebrity Squares members, visit your Profile page at celebritysquares.com. The top scorers are also featured on celebritysquares.com – see if you’re a top trivia buff!
Q: How do I know what commands I can use on my cell phone?
A: Visit our How to Play page, where you can see frequently used text commands. For example,
GET – get the next question in the current Celebrity Squares trivia round
NEWS -- get the next hot celebrity news headline or alert
HELP – get basic customer service information on your phone
HOWTO – get refreshed on how to play the game

Q: How do I get news alerts?
A: Premium members enjoy unlimited celeb-news alerts sent directly to their mobile phones. Simply text NEWS to 258258 to receive the latest hot gossip. Keep replying NEWS to continue receiving alerts. Basic members are ineligible to receive news alerts.
Q: Can I see the full stories?
A: Yes you can! Visit celebritysquares.com and check out the Breaking News feature, filled with clickable news stories about your favorite celebs.
Q: I saw one of my celebrities in the news and I think you missed it. What's with that?
A: We try our best to cover the biggest and most exciting personalities in showbiz, but even we sometimes miss a story. However, a little patience is usually all that’s needed, as we’ll get it soon enough!
Q: Does anybody actually win the cash prizes?
A: Yes! Yes! Yes! Take a look at the “Winners” section on celebritysquares.com, where you’ll find pictures of all our recent cash and merchandise prize winners and learn what they have to say about Celebrity Squares! And don’t forget, you automatically receive an entry in our $100,000 Grand Prize sweepstakes just for signing up!
Q: How do I know if I've won a prize?
A: Premium members who win electronics, gift cards or other prizes receive a text message at the number on which they play Celebrity Squares, notifying them of their prize and how to claim it. Basic members receive an email at the address they used when signing up. Cash winners receive a congratulatory telephone call at the number they provided at signup.
Q: How do I earn Loyalty Points?
A: All members instantly receive 250 Loyalty Points upon signup and renewal of Celebrity Squares, but it’s playing the game that puts you in the best position to redeem Points. Correct trivia responses receive 60 Points. Just voting gets you 10 Points per question, even if you get it wrong. Score perfectly in the round and you land a 900 Point Bonus!
Q: What can I do with these Loyalty Points?
A: Log in to celebritysquares.com and visit our Online Store by clicking Rewards. You’ll see a ‘Redeem’ button below those gifts for which you have a sufficient Loyalty Points balance. If you don’t see it, don’t be discouraged! Play every game, and play well, and you’ll be amazed how quickly your Points balance increases!
Q: How do the prize drawings work?
A: We give away $500 cash to one winner every month, $5,000 every quarter, and each April, we have a Grand Prize drawing for $100,000 CASH! Members are automatically entered in the Grand Prize and quarterly $5,000 drawings when they sign up. To be eligible for the $500 monthly prizes, members must play at least one trivia question per month.
