The rules for the Celebrity Squares 2009-2010 Fast Prize-II Sweepstakes have been modified. Drawings have been separated into two groups. Group-I is unchanged from when first posted. Group-II has had eligibility periods adjusted to coincide with the period of time that the Game associated with the Drawing may be played.

1. Description of the Sweepstakes.
The Celebrity Squares 2008-2009 Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), sponsored by Celebrity Squares, LLC ("Sponsor," "we" or "us"), consists of monthly drawings and a promotion-end grand prize ("Grand Prize") drawing. For purposes of these Celebrity Squares 2008-2009 Sweepstakes Official rules ("Official Rules"), a month is defined as the first day of each calendar month during the Promotion Period (as defined below) at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) through the last day of the same calendar month at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Monthly Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2008 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends on March 31, 2009 at 11:59:59 pm (ET) (the "Promotion Period").
2. Eligibility.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and SCA Promotions, Inc. ("Administrator"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and advertising and promotional agencies involved with this Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and those living in the same household of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.
3. How to Participate.
You may enroll and/or participate in the Sweepstakes in any of three ways: (1) by playing the Celebrity Squares mobile game ("Game") while under a Celebrity Squares membership subscription plan (limit one (1) entry per Game round); (2) by mail; or (3) by completing such other no-incremental-cost actions as we may specify from time to time (i.e. fill in your personal profile, answer our customer satisfaction survey, use a new feature, etc.). For complete information about the Celebrity Squares Game and related services, and/or to sign up, go to www.celebsquares.com. Standard text messaging rates will apply, in addition to any premium subscription rates. All charges will be billed on your wireless telephone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance. The Game method of entry is designed to work with Alltel, AT&T Wireless, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and such other wireless carriers as the Game may support at any given time. Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate or continue to be a participating carrier. The mobile telephone that is used by the entrant must be capable of sending and receiving text messages. Entrants should check their telephone's features to see if they have that capability. Wireless telephone and/or text message services may not be available in all areas. Wireless service providers may charge entrants for each text message, including any error message that is sent and received in connection with the Sweepstakes, based on the applicable wireless service pricing plan. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider's pricing plan for details. Proof of text messaging is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor. Entering by text message method of entry will not improve your chance of winning. Celebrity Squares membership plans are subject to the Celebrity Squares Service Terms available at www.celebsquares.com/terms (the "Website"). To enter by mail, print your name, address, a 2-digit number of your choice from 00 to 99 "Grand Prize Key," telephone number and e-mail address (if any) on a 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" card and mail to: SCA Promotions, Inc., 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson Frwy., Suite 300 Dallas, TX 75234. Only one (1) entry is permitted per stamped outer envelope; outer envelope must be marked "AMOE." All mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the dates listed in the table below to be eligible for corresponding monthly and year-end drawings. Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of the method of entry.
4. Drawings: Selection of Winners.
(a) Monthly Drawing Monthly Promotion Periods will begin on the first day of each calendar month and conclude on the last day of the same calendar month from October 1, 2008 through March 31, 2009 (see monthly entry/drawing chart below). One (1) monthly prize ("Monthly Prize") winning entry will be selected from all entries received throughout the applicable Monthly Promotion Period. Monthly drawings will be conducted approximately ten (10) days after the close of each Monthly Promotion Period according to the schedule set forth below. The drawings will include all eligible entries received and all mail-in entries postmarked and received as specified in the table below for the corresponding Monthly Promotion Period. Non-winning monthly entries will not be rolled over into subsequent monthly drawings. All entries into the monthly drawing will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing (Drawing Number [16]). Odds of winning a Monthly Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Promotion Period.
IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE AT LEAST ONE (1) ENTRY FOR ANY MONTHLY PROMOTION PERIOD, WITHOUT LIMITATION, OR WHERE WE DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR MAIL IN ENTRY OR TEXT MESSAGE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, YOU WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR THE APPLICABLE MONTHLY PRIZE.
(b) Grand Prize Drawing On or about April 7, 2009, one (1) entry will be selected from all Grand Prize drawing entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period (such entrant, a "Grand Prize Finalist"). The Administrator will pre-select exactly one (1) two (2) digit number from the range of 00-99 ("Grand Prize Number"). If the last two (2) digits of the mobile telephone number used by the Grand Prize Finalist to register for the Celebrity Squares service, or entered as the Grand Prize Key on the Grand Prize Finalist's "3x5" card used in connection with a mail in entry, as applicable, matches the Grand Prize Number exactly (and in order), the Grand Prize Finalist will win the Grand Prize subject to verification of eligibility. If an exact match is not made between the Grand Prize Numbers, and the Grand Prize Finalist's Grand Prize Key or mobile telephone number, as applicable, the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Odds of being selected as the Grand Prize Finalist will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period. Odds of a Grand Prize Finalist winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 100.

5. Prizes.
Grand Prize: $100,000 payable in one lump sum. Monthly Prizes: Each Monthly Prize winner will receive Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in one lump sum. Please note that Sponsor reserves the right to offer alternate non-cash prizes (ARV: Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)); provided however that Monthly Prize winners will always have the right to accept Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in lieu of any alternate non-cash prize that Sponsor may choose to offer. Winners must comply with these Official Rules to qualify for a prize. Winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail or regular mail at Sponsor's discretion and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release that must be returned in ten (10) days from the date of notification in order to claim the applicable prize. In the event that a winner is less than the age of majority in his/her state of residence, any required documents must be signed by the winner's parent/legal guardian on his/her behalf. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of receiving said affidavit, said potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to four (4) potential winners in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. In the event of a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted an entry via text-message, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the wireless account supplied at the time of entry. In the case of such a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the wireless account associated with the winning entry. In the case of a dispute regarding a mail-in entrant, the potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the individual associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's and/or Administrator's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor and Administrator assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Sponsor will report and deduct taxes as required by applicable law.
6. General Conditions.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the applicable monthly prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment and conduct the Grand Prize drawing in accordance with Rule 4(b) above from among all entries received at the time of termination. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that it finds to be: (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes; (c) acting in violation of these Official Rules; and/or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's website (as well as the Website) or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term or condition of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, postage-due, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute, entry information will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the telephone number submitted at the time of entry, unless the entry was submitted by a mail-in entrant. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a telephone number by a telephone company, wireless service provider, Internet access provider, Internet service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning telephone numbers or wireless telephone numbers for the telephone exchange associated with the submitted telephone number or the domain associated with the submitted telephone, as applicable.
7. Release.
By accepting any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, related companies, any company involved with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Except in the State of Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a Sweepstakes prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, address, likeness, voice and/or quotation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
8. Limitations of Liability.
Sponsor, Administrator and any other companies involved with the Sweepstakes, are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage due entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind including, but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service; (d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (e) electronic human or other error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property including, but not limited to, entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or from downloading any material from Sponsor's website(s) (as well as the Website), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor's website by a hypertext link.
9. Disputes.
Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved via arbitration exclusively by the American Arbitration Association in New York City, in accordance with or the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any award rendered shall be final and conclusive to the parties and a judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing herein shall be construed to preclude any party from seeking injunctive relief in order to protect its rights pending an outcome in arbitration. To the extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that he/she will not bring, join or participate in any class action lawsuit as to any claim, dispute or controversy that he/she may have arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded thereunder. Entrant agrees to the entry of injunctive relief to stop such a lawsuit or to remove entrant as a participant in the suit; Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event shall attorneys' fees be awarded. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO ENTRANT. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction).
10. Data Collection.
Sponsor collects personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive telemarketing, email and direct mail marketing messages from Sponsor and its advertising affiliates. The information collected is subject to the privacy policy of Sponsor located at www.celebsquares.com/privacy.
11. Winner's List/Official Rules.
Any legally required list of winners may be obtained by sending an email with the Subject Line: "The Celebrity Squares 2008-2009 Sweepstakes Winner List Request," to WinnerListRequests@scapromo.com. These Official Rules will be posted on the Website. Requests must be received by April 1, 2009.

1. Description of the Sweepstakes.
These Official Rules govern two (2) distinct sweepstakes sponsored by Celebrity Squares, LLC ("Sponsor," "we" or "us"): a) The Celebrity Squares 2009-2010 $100,000 Giveaway ("2009-2010 Sweepstakes"); and b) The Fast Prize-I Sweepstakes ("Fast Prize-I Sweepstakes").
(a) 2009-2010 Sweepstakes consists of twelve (12) monthly random drawings, four (4) quarterly drawings, and one (1) promotion-end grand prize ("Grand Prize") random drawing (each, including the drawings for the Fast Prize-I Sweepstakes drawings, as described below, a "Drawing" and collectively with the Fast Prize-I Drawings, the "Drawings"). For purposes of these rules, a "month" is defined as the 1st day of a calendar month at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") through the last day of the same calendar month at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Monthly Promotion Period"). For purposes of these rules, a quarter is defined as a three month period beginning on one of April 1, 2009, July 1, 2009, October 1, 2009, or January 1, 2010 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ending on June 30, 2009, September 30, 2009, December 31, 2009, or March 31, 2009, respectively, at 11:59:59 PM ET (each a "Quarterly Promotion Period"). The 2009-2010 Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2009 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends on March 31, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period").
(b) Fast Prize-I Sweepstakes consists of twenty four (24) separate Drawings on the dates and for the prizes set forth in Rules 4(c) and 5(b) below. Each Fast Prize-I Drawing is associated with one or more surveys or trivia questions, which will mention the specific non-cash prize being offered, such as merchandise or gift-cards.
(c) The 2009-2010 Sweepstakes and the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes are collectively referred to as the "Sweepstakes." These rules are referred to as the "Official Rules."
2. Eligibility.
The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 13 years old when they enter; 18 years old for Florida residents. Any entrant who is a minor in his/her state of residence may have to provide parental consent acceptable to us to participate in the Sweepstakes or be confirmed as a prize winner. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, SCA Promotions, Inc. ("SCA"), each of their legal representatives, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in the same households) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and by our decisions and those of SCA, which are final and binding in all respects.
3. How to Participate.
(a) Limitation on Number of Entries. For each Drawing, there is a limit of one (1) entry per day per person, regardless of the entry method.
(b) 2009-2010 Sweepstakes. A Celebrity Squares Premium membership subscriber, as defined in the Celebrity Squares Terms and Conditions (available at www.celebritysquares.com/terms) (a "Premium Member"), may enter the 2009-2010 Sweepstakes by playing the Celebrity Squares game ("Game") via text messaging or by completing such other no-incremental-cost actions as we may specify from time-to-time (i.e., answer a trivia question, fill in your personal profile, answer our customer satisfaction survey, use a new feature, etc.) (either, a "Mobile Participation Entry"). Each Mobile Participation Entry automatically enters the Premium Member in the applicable monthly and quarterly Drawings and the Grand Prize Drawing. Anyone may enter a 2009-2010 Sweepstakes Drawing by mail as described below. For Mobile Participation Entries, standard text messaging rates will apply, in addition to any premium subscription rates. All charges will be billed on your wireless phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance. Mobile Participation Entry is currently designed to work with Alltel, AT&T Wireless, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and such other wireless carriers as Celebrity Squares may support at any given time. We make no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate or continue to be a participating carrier. Entering a Drawing by Mobile Participation Entry will not improve your chance of winning a particular Drawing.
(c) Fast Prize-I Sweepstakes. Premium Members may enter a Fast Prize-I Sweepstakes Drawing by answering a survey or trivia question identified as a Fast Prize-I Sweepstakes in the Game round associated with the Drawing via mobile telephone. Anyone may enter the Fast Prize-I Sweepstakes by mail as described below. Games are listed at www.celebritysquares.com and will be sent via text message during the Promotion Period to Members who have subscribed to receive surveys and trivia questions during the Promotion Period. Fast Prize-I Sweepstakes entries do not enter you into any other Drawing referenced in these Official Rules.
(d) Mail Entries. To enter by mail, print your name, address, telephone phone number, e-mail address (if any), and the Contest ID of the Drawing you wish to enter on a 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" card and mail to: SCA Promotions, Inc., 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson Frwy., Suite 300 Dallas, TX 75234. Only one entry is permitted per stamped outer envelope; outer envelope must be marked in the lower left corner with "AMOE" and the Contest ID of the Drawing you wish to enter, for example "AMOE-19." All mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the dates listed in the tables below. Entry by mail for a Fast Prize-I Drawing does not automatically enter you in any other Drawing. Entry by mail for a 2009-2010 Sweepstakes Drawing automatically enters the entrant into the applicable monthly and quarterly drawings and the Grand Prize Drawing.
4. Drawings: Selection of Winners.
(a) Monthly and Quarterly Drawings
Monthly and Quarterly Drawings will be conducted approximately ten (10) days after the close of each month and each quarter, as the case may be, according to the schedule below. The Drawings will include all eligible entries received and all mail-in entries postmarked and received as specified in the table below for the corresponding Monthly Promotion Period and Quarterly Promotion Period, as the case may be. Non-winning monthly entries will not be rolled over into subsequent monthly or quarterly Drawings.
IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE AT LEAST ONE ENTRY FOR ANY MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY PROMOTION PERIOD OR WHERE WE DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR TEXT MESSAGE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, YOU WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR THE APPLICABLE MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY PRIZE.
(b) Grand Prize Drawing
On or about April 15, 2010, one (1) entry will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period. The selected entry will win the Grand Prize, subject to verification of eligibility.

Odds of winning a monthly prize, quarterly prize, the Grand Prize or a Fast Prize-I prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Prizes.
(a) 2009-2010 Sweepstakes
One $100,000 Grand Prize is available, payable by check in twenty (20) equal annual installments of $5,000, with the first payment to be made within thirty (30) days of the winner signing an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and subsequent payments made on the yearly anniversary of the first payment date. Four Quarterly Prizes are available, each payable by a $5,000 check. Twelve Monthly Prizes are available, each payable by a $500 check. No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except that we reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable value if a prize listed is unavailable for any reason. The approximate retail values ("ARV") of any electronic prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date that the prize is awarded or redeemed. (c) Contacting Winners; Conditions Applicable to Prizes
We will notify winners by either phone, e-mail or regular mail; winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release that must be returned in ten (10) days from the notification date. If a winner is a minor, the winner's parent/legal guardian must sign any required documents on the minor winner's behalf. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first contact attempt or if the potential winner fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of receipt, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. We may, in our sole discretion, attempt to contact up to five (5) potential winners per prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If there is a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the wireless account supplied at the time of entry. 6. General Conditions.
We reserve the right, in our discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. In such event, we reserve the right to award the remaining prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment in accordance with Rule 4 above from among all text entries received at the time of termination and all mail-in entries received for the applicable Drawings throughout the Promotion Period. We reserve the right in our discretion to disqualify any individual we find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage our Website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 7. Release.
By accepting any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless SCA and us from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Except where otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a Sweepstakes prize constitutes winner's consent to our use of winner's name, address, likeness, voice, and /or quotation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
8. Limitations of Liability.
We and SCA shall not be responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (b) lost, late, postage-due, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries; (c) any technical or human error or unauthorized human intervention which may occur in the processing of Sweepstakes entries or in the administration of the Sweepstakes; (d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property including to an entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or from downloading any material from our website, regardless of whether we or a third party prepared the material and regardless of whether the material is connected to our website by a hypertext link.
9. Disputes.
Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved via arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in New York City, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any award rendered shall be final and conclusive to the parties and a judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing herein shall be construed to preclude any party from seeking injunctive relief in order to protect its rights pending an outcome in arbitration. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not bring, join or participate in any class action lawsuit as to any claim, dispute or controversy that you may have arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded thereunder. You agree to the entry of injunctive relief to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit.; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Celebrity Squares Fast Prize-II Sweepstakes
The rules for the Celebrity Squares 2009-2010 Fast Prize-II Sweepstakes have been modified. Drawings have been separated into two groups. Group-I is unchanged from when first posted. Group-II has had eligibility periods adjusted to coincide with the period of time that the Game associated with the Drawing may be played.
Official Rules
1.NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. Description of the Sweepstakes.
The Celebrity Squares Fast Prize-II Sweepstakes ("Fast-Prize Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Celebrity Squares, LLC ("Sponsor," "we" or "us") and consists of twenty four (24) separate random drawings (each a "Drawing" and collectively, the "Drawings") on the dates and for the prizes ("Prizes") set forth in Rules 4(a) and 5 below. The Fast-Prize Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2009 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time ("ET") and ends on October 31, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility.
The Fast-Prize Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 13 years old when they enter; 18 years old for Florida residents. Any entrant who is less than the age of majority (a "minor") in his/her state of residence may have to provide parental consent acceptable to us to participate in the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes or be confirmed as a prize winner. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, SCA Promotions, Inc. ("SCA"), each of their legal representatives, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), their immediate families (and those living in the same households whether related or not) are not eligible to enter the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes. By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and by our decisions and those of SCA, which are final and binding in all respects.
4. How to Participate.
(a) How to Enter. You may enter and/or participate in any of the Drawings in any of three ways: (1) by playing the Celebrity Squares game ("Game") via SMS text messaging when you are a Celebrity Squares membership subscriber ("Member") (limit one entry per Game round); (2) by mail; or (3) by completing such other no-incremental-cost actions as we may specify from time-to-time (i.e. fill in your personal profile, answer our customer satisfaction survey, use a new feature, etc.). Message and data rates may apply.
(b) Mobile Entries. When you are a Celebrity Squares membership subscriber ("Member"), you may enter a Drawing by playing a Game via your mobile telephone in the Game round associated with the Drawing (a "Mobile Participation Entry") . All charges will be billed on your wireless phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance. The Mobile Participation Entry method of entry is currently designed to work with Alltel, AT&T Wireless, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and such other wireless carriers as Celebrity Squares may support at any given time. We make no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate or continue to be a participating carrier. Entering by the Mobile Participation Entry method of entry will not improve your chance of winning. Games are listed at www.celebritysquares.com and will be sent via text message during the Promotion Period to Members who have subscribed to receive surveys during the Promotion Period.
(c) Mail Entries. To enter by mail, print your name, address, telephone phone number and e-mail address (if any) on a "3 1/2 x 5 1/2" card and mail to: Celebrity Squares Fast Prize-II Sweepstakes, c/o SCA Promotions, 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson Frwy., Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75234. Only one entry is permitted per stamped outer envelope; outer envelope must be marked "AMOE" and must also indicate the "Drawing number" (as indicated in the chart below) in the lower left hand corner of the outer envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the dates listed in the tables below.
(d) Limitation on Number of Entries. Limit one (1) entry per Drawing via the Mobile Participation Entry method of entry. Limit one thousand (1,000) entries per Drawing per day regardless of method of entry. If you wish to enter a Drawing more than once, your additional entries must be by mail in the manner described above.

The Celebrity Squares Fast Prize-III Sweepstakes ("Fast-Prize Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Celebrity Squares, LLC ("Sponsor," "we" or "us") and consists of thirteen (13) separate random drawings (each a "Drawing" and collectively, the "Drawings") during the entry periods ("Entry Periods") and for the prizes ("Prizes") set forth in Rules 4(a). The Fast-Prize Sweepstakes begins on October 30, 2009 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time ("ET") and ends on January 30, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period").
2. Eligibility.
The Fast-Prize Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 13 years old when they enter; 18 years old for Florida residents. Any entrant who is less than the age of majority (a "minor") in his/her state of residence may have to provide parental consent acceptable to us to participate in the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes or be confirmed as a prize winner. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, SCA Promotions, Inc. 3. How to Participate; Limitation on Number of Entries.
(a) How to Enter. You may enter and/or participate in any of the Drawings in any of three ways: (1) by playing the Celebrity Squares game (the "Game") via SMS text messaging during the Entry Period for a Drawing when you are a Celebrity Squares membership subscriber ("Member") (limit one entry per Game round); (2) by mail; or (3) by completing such other no-incremental-cost actions as we may specify from time to time (i.e., fill in your personal profile, answer our customer satisfaction survey, use a new feature, etc.). Message and data rates may apply.
(b) Mobile Entries. As a Member you may enter a Drawing by playing a Game during an Entry Period via your mobile telephone in the Game round associated with a given Drawing (a "Mobile Entry"). All charges will be billed on your wireless phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance. The Mobile Entry method of entry is currently designed to work with Alltel, AT&T Wireless, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and such other wireless carriers as the Game may support at any given time. We make no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate or continue to be a participating carrier. Entering by the Mobile Entry method will not improve your chance of winning. Games are listed at www.celebritysquares.com and will be sent via text message during the Promotion Period to Members who have subscribed to receive games during the Promotion Period.
(c) Mail Entries. To enter by mail ("Write In"), print your name, address, telephone phone number, e-mail address (if any), and the Contest ID (as listed below) of the Drawing you wish to enter on a 3 ½" x 5 ½" card and mail to: Celebrity Squares Fast Prize-III Sweepstakes, c/o SCA Promotions, 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson Fwy., Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75234. Only one entry is permitted per stamped outer envelope; the outer envelope must be marked in the lower left hand corner of the outer envelope with "AMOE" and the "Contest ID" of the Drawing you are entering, for example "AMOE-85". All mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the dates listed in the tables below. Any Write In entry that does not include "AMOE" and the designated Contest ID will be ineligible for any Drawing in the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes.
(d) Limitation on Number of Entries. Limit one (1) entry per Drawing per person per day, regardless of the method of entry. Members may only enter a given Drawing once by Mobile Entry, therefore additional entries to a given Drawing must be by Write In method.
4. Drawings: Selection of Winners.
(a) Drawing. Each Drawing will include all eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period and will be conducted approximately eleven (11) days after the end date of each Entry Period on or about the dates specified below. The Prizes and the number of Prizes for each Drawing are also specified below. SCA will select the same number of winners as there are prizes for that Drawing. You may enter and/or participate in any of the Drawings in any of three ways: (1) by playing the Celebrity Squares game (the "Game") via SMS text messaging during the Entry Period for a Drawing when you are a Celebrity Squares "Premium Member" as that term is defined in the Celebrity Squares Terms and Conditions; (2) by mail; or (3) by completing such other no-incremental-cost actions as we may specify from time to time (i.e., fill in your personal profile, answer our customer satisfaction survey, use a new feature, etc.), as described below.
(b) Mobile Entries. As a Premium Member you may enter a Drawing by answering one or more trivia questions via your mobile telephone during the Entry Period for the Game round associated with a given Drawing; every response to a trivia question will result in one entry (each, a "Mobile Entry"). (Currently there are fifteen (15) trivia questions per Game. We may change the number of trivia questions per Game from time to time.) Premium Members will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Drawing for each trivia questions answered. Premium Members do not have to answer the question correctly in order to receive an entry into the applicable Drawing. All charges will be billed on your wireless phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance. Message and data rates may apply. The Mobile Entry method of entry is currently designed to work with Alltel, AT&T Wireless, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and such other wireless carriers as the Game may support at any given time. We make no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate or continue to be a participating carrier. Entering by the Mobile Entry method will not improve your chance of winning. Games are listed at www.celebritysquares.com and will be sent via text message during the Promotion Period to Members who have subscribed to receive games during the Promotion Period.
(c) Mail Entries. To enter by mail ("Write In"), print your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address (if any), and the Contest ID (as listed below) of the Drawing you wish to enter on a 3 ½" x 5 ½" card and mail to: Celebrity Squares Fast Prize-IV Sweepstakes, c/o SCA Promotions, 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson Fwy., Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75234. Only one entry is permitted per stamped outer envelope; the outer envelope must be marked in the lower left hand corner of the outer envelope with "AMOE" and the "Contest ID" of the Drawing you are entering, for example "AMOE-85". All mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the dates listed in the tables below. Any Write In entry that does not include "AMOE" and the designated Contest ID will be ineligible for any Drawing in the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes.
(d) Limitation on Number of Entries. Limit fifteen (15) entries per Drawing, regardless of whether the entries are Mobile Entries, Write In Entries or a combination thereof. Limit of one (1) Mobile Entry per trivia question answered.
4. Drawings: Selection of Winners.
(a) Drawing. Each Drawing will include all eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period and will be conducted approximately eleven (11) days after the end date of each Entry Period on or about the dates specified below. The Prizes and the number of Prizes for each Drawing are also specified below. SCA will select the same number of winners as there are prizes for that Drawing. Non-winning Entries will not be rolled over into subsequent Drawings.

IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE A MOBILE ENTRY OR A WRITE IN ENTRY FOR ANY DRAWING INCLUDING WHERE WE DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ENTRY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, YOU WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR THE APPLICABLE DRAWING.
(b) Odd of Winning.
Odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
(c) Substituting Prizes.
No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except that we reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable value if a prize listed is unavailable for any reason. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of any Prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date that the Prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of a Prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. The prizes will be delivered only to addresses in the United States; provided, however, that certain gift card prizes may be delivered by e-mail address where available. 5. Contacting Winners; Conditions Applicable to Prizes.
Prize winners who participate via Mobile Entry will be notified by text message or email; Prize winners who participate via Write In will be notified by email or postal mail or overnight courier at our option; the text message, email, or letter, as the case may be, will contain a claim code. Prize winners must claim a prize by completing the online claim form available at celbritysquares.com/claim and entering their claim code. The claim form includes a required affidavit of eligibility and publicity release. Prize winners must claim a Prize within ten (10) days from the date of first attempted notification (the 10 day period after we first attempt to notify a potential winner is referred to as the "Notification Period"). If a winner is a minor, the winner's parent/legal guardian must sign any required documents on the minor winner’s behalf. If the potential winner cannot be contacted during the Notification Period or if the potential winner fails to complete the online claim form by the end of the Notification Period, the potential winner may be disqualified in which event the prize may be awarded to an alternate. We may, in our sole discretion, attempt to contact up to three (3) alternate potential winners for each given prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If there is a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted a Mobile Entry, the Mobile Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the wireless account supplied at the time of Member registration. 6. General Conditions.
We reserve the right, in our discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes. In that event, we reserve the right to award the applicable Prize(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. We reserve the right in our discretion to disqualify any individual we find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage our Website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Fast-Prize Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification.
7. Release.
By accepting any Prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or in connection with the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize. Except in the State of Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes winner's consent to our use of winner's name, address, likeness, voice, and /or quotation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
8. Limitations of Liability.
The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (b) lost, late, postage-due, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries; (c) any technical or human error or unauthorized human intervention which may occur in the processing of Fast-Prize Sweepstakes entries or in the administration of the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes; (d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property including to an entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes or from downloading any material from our website, regardless of whether we or a third party prepared the material and regardless of whether the material is connected to our website by a hypertext link.
9. Disputes.
Entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved via arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in New York City, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any award rendered shall be final and conclusive to the parties and a judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing herein shall be construed to preclude any party from seeking injunctive relief in order to protect its rights pending an outcome in arbitration. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not bring, join or participate in any class action lawsuit as to any claim, dispute or controversy that you may have arising out of or connected with the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded thereunder. You agree to the entry of injunctive relief to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit.; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. New York law, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law rules, governs all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes.

We collect personal information from you when you enter the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to our privacy policy located at www.celebritysquares.com/privacy.

Celebrity Squares 2010-2011 $100,000 Giveaway And Fast Prize-V-VIII Sweepstakes

2. Description of the Sweepstakes.
(a) These Official Rules (“Official Rules”) govern two (2) distinct sweepstakes sponsored by Celebrity Squares, LLC ("Sponsor," "we" or "us"): a) the Celebrity Squares 2010-2011 $100,000 Giveaway ("2010-2011 Sweepstakes"); and b) the Fast Prize-V, VI, VII and VIII Sweepstakes (collectively “Fast-Prize Sweepstakes”). (The 2010-2011 Sweepstakes and the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes are collectively referred to as the “Sweepstakes.”) The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2010 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends on March 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period").
(b) The 2010-2011 Sweepstakes consists of twelve (12) monthly drawings, one (1) for each “Monthly Promotion Period” (as defined below); four (4) quarterly drawings, one for each “Quarterly Promotion Period” (as defined below); and one (1) promotion-end grand prize ("Grand Prize") random drawing. The entry dates for the 2010-2011 Sweepstakes Drawings for each Monthly and Quarterly Promotion Period and the Grand Prize Drawing are set forth in attached Schedule 1.
(c) The Fast-Prize Sweepstakes consists of four (4) sets of Drawings, one (1) for each “Quarterly Promotion Period” (as defined below). Each set of Drawings consists of between twelve (12) and fifteen (15) separate Drawings. The entry and drawing dates and the prizes for each set of Drawings will be set forth in Fast-Prize schedules (each a “Fast-Prize Schedule”). The Fast-Prize Schedule for each Fast-Prize Sweepstakes will be posted on the www.celebritysquares website (“Website”) at least fifteen (15) days prior to the Quarterly Promotion Period for each of the respective periods.
(d) For the purposes of these rules, (i) a month is defined as the first day of a calendar month at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") through the last day of the same calendar month at 11:59:59 PM ET (each "Monthly Promotion Period") and (ii) a Quarterly Promotion Period is defined as the three (3) month period beginning on one of April 1, 2010, July 1, 2010, October 1, 2010, or January 1, 2011 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ending on June 30, 2010, September 30, 2010, December 31, 2010, or March 31, 2011, respectively, at 11:59:59 PM ET (each a “Quarterly Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility.
The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are at least 13 years old when they enter; 18 years old for Florida residents. Any entrant who is a minor in his/her state of residence may have to provide parental consent acceptable to us to participate in the Sweepstakes or be confirmed as a prize winner. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, SCA Promotions, Inc. (“SCA”), each of their legal representatives, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their immediate families (and those living in the same households) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and by our decisions and those of SCA, which are final and binding in all respects.
3. How to Participate.
(a) There are two means of entering the 2010-2011 Sweepstakes and the Fast-Prize Sweepstakes (each an “Entry”) which are described below: a “Mobile Entry” and a “Web Entry.”
(b) A Mobile Entry is where a “Premium Member” (as that term is defined in the Celebrity Squares Member Terms (the “Member Terms”) which are available on the Website; all defined terms not otherwise defined in these Rules shall have the same meaning as in the Member Terms) plays the Celebrity Squares game (“Game”) via SMS text messaging (limit one entry per trivia question answered) or completes such other no-incremental-cost action as we may specify from time-to-time (i.e., fill in your personal profile, answer our customer satisfaction survey, use a new feature, etc.). Upon joining Premium Members also get an automatic Entry into each of the Drawings for the Monthly and Quarterly Promotion Periods subsequent to the date of joining and an Entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. Message and data rates may apply in addition to any premium subscription rates. All charges will be billed on a Premium Member’s wireless phone bill or deducted from his/her prepaid balance. The text messaging method of entry is currently designed to work with Alltel, AT&T Wireless, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and such other wireless carriers as Celebrity Squares may support at any given time. A Web Entry is where an individual registers as a no-cost “Basic Member” (as that term is defined in the Member Terms) and plays the Game on the Website (limit one entry per trivia question answered) or completes such other no-incremental-cost action as we may specify from time-to-time (i.e. fill in your personal profile, answer our customer satisfaction survey, use a new feature, etc.). Upon registering Basic Members also get an Entry into each of the Drawings for the Monthly and Quarterly Promotion Periods subsequent to the date of registration and an Entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.
(c) You may only participate in the Sweepstakes as either a Premium Member or a Basic Member. A Member that changes its status from Premium to Basic or vice versa, maintains all previous Entries created to date.
4. Drawings: Selection of Winners.
(a) Monthly Drawing. Each time a Premium Member or Basic Member responds to a trivia question in a Game during a Monthly Promotion Period, he/she will automatically be granted a Mobile or a Web Entry and be entered into the Monthly Drawing associated with that Monthly Promotion Period in accordance with attached Schedule 1. Monthly drawings will be conducted approximately ten (10) days after the close of each Monthly Promotion Period as set forth in attached Schedule 1. Non-winning monthly Entries will not be rolled over into subsequent Monthly Drawings.
IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE AT LEAST ONE MOBILE OR WEB ENTRY FOR ANY MONTHLY PROMOTION PERIOD OR WHERE WE DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ENTRY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, YOU WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR THE APPLICABLE MONTHLY PRIZE.
(b) Quarterly Drawing. Each eligible Mobile and Web Entry into a Monthly Drawing also results in an Entry into the Quarterly Drawing for the Quarterly Promotion Period in which the Entry occurs. Quarterly drawings will be conducted approximately ten (10) days after the close of each Quarterly Promotion Period. The drawings will include all eligible Mobile and Web Entries made during the dates specified in attached Schedule 1 for the corresponding Quarterly Promotion Period. Non-winning Entries for a Quarterly Promotion Period Drawing will not be rolled over into subsequent quarterly drawings.
IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE AT LEAST ONE MOBILE OR WEB ENTRY FOR ANY QUARTERLY PROMOTION PERIOD OR WHERE WE DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ENTRY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, YOU WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR THE APPLICABLE QUARTERLY PRIZE.
(c) Grand Prize Drawing. Each eligible Mobile and Web Entry into a Monthly Drawing also results in an Entry into the Grand Prize drawing. On or about April 14, 2011, one entry will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period. The selected entry will win the Grand Prize, subject to verification of eligibility.

(d) Fast-Prize Drawing. Every weekly Game has a Fast-Prize Drawing associated with it. Each time a Premium Member or Basic Member responds to a trivia question in a Game, he/she will automatically get one entry into the associated Fast-Prize Drawing. Each Fast-Prize Drawing will be conducted approximately eleven (11) days after the end date of each Entry Period on or about the dates specified in the applicable Fast-Prize Schedule. The Prizes and the number of Prizes for each Fast-Prize Drawing are also specified in the applicable Fast-Prize Schedule.
(e) Odds of Winning. Odds of winning a monthly prize, a quarterly prize, the Grand Prize or a Fast Prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
5. Prizes.
(a) 2010-2011 Sweepstakes. One (1) $100,000 Grand Prize is available, payable by check in twenty (20) equal installments of $5,000.00, with the first payment to be made within thirty (30) days of the winner signing an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and an IRS Form W-9. Subsequent payments will be made on the yearly anniversary of the first payment date. Four (4) Quarterly Prizes are available, each consisting of a $5,000 lump-sum payable by check with payment to be made within thirty (30) days of the winner signing and completing an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and an IRS Form W-9. Twelve (12) Monthly Prizes are available, each consisting of a $500 lump sum payable by check with payment to be made within thirty (30) days of the winner signing an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release or completion of the online claim form. We reserve the right to offer alternate non-cash prizes (ARV: $500) for Monthly prize winners provided that they will always have the right to accept $500 in lieu of any alternate non-cash prize that we may offer. (b) Fast-Prize Sweepstakes Prizes. The prize for each Fast-Prize Drawing and the number of prizes is set forth in the applicable Fast-Prize Schedule. The prizes will be delivered only to addresses in the United States; provided, however, that certain gift card prizes may be delivered by e-mail address where available.
(c) Contacting Winners; Conditions Applicable to Prizes. We will notify winners by text messaging, e-mail, regular mail or phone, at our sole discretion, using contact information provided with registration or entry; in some cases winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release that must be returned within ten (10) days from the notification date. For any prizes valued at less than $600, we may notify winners using only text messaging or e-mail. If a winner is a minor (as determined based on his or her state of residence), the winner's parent/legal guardian must sign any required documents. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first contact attempt or if a contacted winner fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within five (5) days of receipt, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Fast Prize and Monthly Prize winners who participate via Mobile Entry will generally be notified by text message which will contain a claim code. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. General Conditions.
We reserve the right, in our discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. In that event, we reserve the right to award the applicable monthly prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment and conduct the Grand Prize drawing in accordance with Rule 4(c) above from among all entries received at the time of termination. We reserve the right in our discretion to disqualify any individual we find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage our Website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. If there’s a dispute, entry information will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the mobile telephone number submitted when the Premium Member signed-up or for a Basic Member, the person who owns and/or controls the email account used to register for the Basic Membership.
7. Release.
By accepting any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless SCA and Sponsor from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Except in the State of Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a Sweepstakes prize constitutes winner's consent to our use of winner's name, address, likeness, voice and/or quotation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
8. Limitations of Liability.
Sponsor and SCA shall not be responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (b) lost, late, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries; (c) any technical or human error or unauthorized human intervention which may occur in the processing of Sweepstakes entries or in the administration of the Sweepstakes; (d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property including to an entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or from downloading any material from our website, regardless of whether we or a third party prepared the material and regardless of whether the material is connected to our website by a hypertext link.
9. Disputes.
Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved via arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in New York City, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any award rendered shall be final and conclusive to the parties and a judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing herein shall be construed to preclude any party from seeking injunctive relief in order to protect its rights pending an outcome in arbitration. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not bring, join or participate in any class action lawsuit as to any claim, dispute or controversy that you may have arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded thereunder. You agree to the entry of injunctive relief to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit.; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. New York law, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law rules, governs all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes.
